GENERAL
Introduction
These guest policies apply across Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts. Property-specific details (rates, check-in/out times, bed packages, minimum spends, local taxes, age limits, fees and opening hours) are published in booking confirmations and on each property website. Local law governs where it differs from these standards.
By accessing or using the property, facilities, or services of Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts,
guests acknowledge and agree to be bound by these policies.
Pet Policy
We welcome small and well-behaved dogs. Pets must be on a leash and remain close to your seat and clear of the walkway for guests and servers.
Pets are allowed in the guest’s room with an additional fee.
Maximum number of pets per room is 1.
If a pet looks distressed, Nikki Beach’s staff and management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the venue and remove the pet from the situation.
Pets should not be fed from restaurant dishes.
Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law. Where legally permitted, staff may request confirmation that the animal is a trained service animal.
Owners remain fully responsible for the behavior and any damage caused by their pets.
Identification & Registration
- All guests and registered visitors must present valid government-issued photo identification upon arrival. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denied access or removal, subject to applicable law.
- Registration is required for any individual accessing guest rooms, the hotel pool, or other restricted hotel areas.
Lost & Found, Valuables & Safes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, management bears no responsibility for valuables left unsecured in guest rooms or public areas.
- In-room safes are provided for guest use and are strongly recommended for the storage of cash, passports, jewelry, and other personal valuables.
- Items reported lost are recorded and handled through the property’s Lost & Found procedure. Unclaimed items are stored for a limited period in accordance with local regulations and hotel policy.
- Management bears no responsibility for the loss of any personal items. Valet and parking are not responsible for items left in cars or damage to cars while in the parking lot.
Health, Safety & Facility Use
- The hotel maintains all required preventative maintenance, health, and life-safety systems. Guests must comply with posted rules for pools, water activities, fitness facilities, and the spa.
- Certain activities may require signed waivers and are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
Damages, Cleaning Charges & Room Condition
- Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or hotel property. Charges for damage or excessive cleaning, including smoke remediation, will be applied to the guest account.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available where permitted by local regulations.
- Detection of smoke odor in a guest room may result in a cleaning charge.
Service Charges, Taxes & Additional Fees
- Applicable service charges, local taxes, and optional fees, including but not limited to city taxes, extra beds, and deposits, are disclosed in booking materials and itemized on guest bills.
- All mandatory charges are applied in accordance with local laws and regulations. Optional services are charged based on guest selection and usage during the stay.
- Service charges are not gratuities and are stated within the final bill.
Accessibility & Special Requests
- Accessibility requirements and special requests, including dietary needs, allergies, mobility assistance, and additional bedding, should be communicated at the time of reservation.
- Requests are noted and handled subject to availability and the operational capabilities of the property. While every effort is made to accommodate confirmed requests, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
Photos & Videos
- We may capture video footage and photographs within the resort for security, operational, and promotional purposes. Guests will be informed of such activities through signage and/or our Privacy Policy. Guests may refuse to be filmed or photographed for promotional or marketing purposes, and such refusal will be respected wherever reasonably possible.
- Images and recordings used for promotional or marketing activities will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
- To protect the privacy, safety, and enjoyment of our guests and staff, photography and filming by guests may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas or circumstances. Staff may request that filming cease or that images taken in violation of these rules be deleted. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal from the venue.
- CCTV footage is used solely for security and operational purposes and is retained in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Personal photography or filming must not infringe the privacy or rights of other guests or staff.
HOTEL
Reservations & Payments
- Reservations are accepted through official property channels and approved distribution partners only. You cannot check into a room if you are not 18+. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, unless otherwise permitted by law.
- Rates, prepayment requirements, and cancellation policies vary by booking and are confirmed at the time of reservation. Non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds or credits.
- A valid credit card must be presented at check-in to guarantee the reservation. The credit or debit card presented must match the guest’s government-issued ID. Cards will be authorized at check-in for the full stay amount plus an allowance for incidentals. Additional authorizations may be processed during the stay based on incurred charges. The authorized amount will be settled at departure. Any damage to guest rooms or hotel property will be charged to the card on file.
Check-in, Check-out & Deposits
- Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is before 11AM.
- You cannot check into a room if you are not 18+. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, unless otherwise permitted by law. A written approval will be needed.
- Guests wishing to access their room early are advised to reserve the room for the preceding night to guarantee availability. Likewise, reserving an additional night ensures room access for late departures. Guests who do not reserve additional nights may store luggage and use resort facilities, subject to availability.
- Early check-in and late check-outs may be subject to 50% room rate at the discretion of the management and based on availability.
Private Events & Noise
- Private events may restrict access to certain areas of the property or result in elevated noise levels. Any related closures or limitations are communicated in advance through booking information and/or on-site notices.
- To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, courtesy toward neighboring rooms is expected. Quiet hours are enforced between 2PM till 5PM and 11PM till 8AM. Violations may result in corrective action, including additional charges or relocation.
- Management reserves the right to relocate guests where operationally necessary.
HOTEL POOL
Entrance Policy
We operate a door policy that ensures maximum safety for our guests and staff. Entrance to Nikki Beach is subject to management’s discretion and we reserve the right to refuse entry to guests with or without a reservation.
We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. However, entrance is not guaranteed with or without a reservation.
For security and ID purposes, entry cannot be granted to any person with a covered face. Faces must be visible.
Certain special events may have a specific door policy.
Nikki Beach does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
Dress Code & Appearance
Dress code: Beach chic resort wear. During special events, alternative dress codes may apply.
- We reserve the right to deny entry to guests who are inappropriately dressed. The following are not allowed:
- Paraphernalia and props related to hen or stag parties (bachelorette or bachelor parties) are not permitted. Any uniform or matching outfits (including but not limited to matching swimwear or all in one color and one in a different color) are not permitted.
- Clothing or tattoos that features offensive language, images or slogans
- Hoods
- Sports attire or athletic wear
- Offensive prints
- Glitters, body paint or staining lotions
- Guests not dressed in swimwear will not be allowed in the pool
- Topless sunbathing is not allowed
- When in the dining and bar area, shoes, cover ups and shirts with sleeves for men are mandatory (no dining in swimwear).
Age Policy
We welcome families with children in the restaurant area. Minors must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
During special events, an 18+ age policy may apply.
All guests must carry a valid and government issued ID when entering the venue. You may be asked to present the ID by a Nikki Beach employee, management or a member of security staff at any time when inside the venue. Refusal to present an ID may result in refused entry or removal from the venue.
Hotel Pool Access & Reservations
- All hotel guests have access to the hotel pool and the beach beds.
- Food and beverage service is available within the hotel pool area.

- Any decision to refuse entry is based solely on safety, capacity, or operational considerations and is never based on prohibited grounds.
Other
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the venue.
- Security reserves the right to check all bags before and after entering the hotel pool area.
- If requested, original identification needs to be presented to the staff/management/security.
- Outside décor is not permitted in the venue without prior written approval from a Nikki Beach staff member.
- No personal speakers or loud phone music will be permitted.
- Anyone caught with illegal drugs or substances will be immediately asked to leave the venue.
- No weapons or objects that may cause harm to others are allowed on property.
- Any inappropriate behavior towards Nikki Beach’s staff or any other guest will not be tolerated.
- Local authorities may be notified where required by law.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
For the restaurant, in case of cancellation, a written notice must be issued with at least 24 hours notice prior to the reservation. Please note that in the event of a “no show” or a late cancellation (under the 24 hour cancellation period), a fee per person might be charged.
For the pool and beach, in case of cancellation, a written notice must be issued with at least 48 hours notice prior to the reservation. Please note that in the event of a “no show” or a late cancellation (within the 48 hour cancellation period), the whole amount of the bed package can be charged.
Refunds may be issued where cancellation is due to force majeure events, as determined by management and applicable law.
