ENTRANCE POLICY
We operate a door policy that ensures maximum safety for our guests and staff. Entrance to Nikki Beach is subject to management’s discretion and we reserve the right to refuse entry to guests with or without a reservation.
We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. However, entrance is not guaranteed with or without a reservation.
For security and ID purposes, entry cannot be granted to any person with a covered face. Your face must be visible.
Nikki Beach’s restaurant operates with multiple seatings and there might be a time limit on your table.
Certain special events may have a specific door policy, so please check for more information when making a reservation.
Nikki Beach does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
DRESS CODE & APPEARANCE
Dress code: Beach chic resort wear. During special events alternative dress codes may apply.
We reserve the right to deny entry to guests who are inappropriately dressed. The following are not allowed:
- Paraphernalia and props related to hen or stag parties (bachelorette or bachelor parties) is not permitted. Any uniform or matching outfits (including but not limited to matching swimwear or all in one color and one in a different color) are not permitted.
- Clothing or tattoos that features offensive language, images or slogans
- Hoods
- Sports attire or athletic wear
- Offensive prints
- Glitters, body paint or staining lotions
- Topless sunbathing is not allowed
- When in the dining and bar area, shoes, cover ups and shirts with sleeves for men are mandatory (no dining in swimwear).
AGE POLICY
We welcome families with children in both the restaurant and beach areas. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Please note that from 3PM onwards, the restaurant transitions into a high-energy atmosphere with live DJ sets and entertainment. During this time, particularly in July and August, the environment may be less suitable for infants and very young children. Minimum spend policy applies to guests aged 18 and above.
During special events, a 21+ age policy may apply.
All guests must carry a valid and government issued ID when entering the venue. You may be asked to present the ID by a Nikki Beach employee, management or a member of security staff at any time when inside the venue. Refusal to present an ID may result in refused entry or removal from the venue.
PET POLICY
We welcome small and well-behaved dogs. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and remain close to the guest’s seat or sunbed, ensuring they do not interfere with walkways or service areas.
Should a pet show signs of distress, Nikki Beach management reserves the right to request that the guest leaves the venue for the comfort and safety of all guests and the animal.
Pets may not be fed from restaurant dishes.
Service animals are welcome on property, provided valid certification is presented upon arrival to our team.
As access to the venue is exclusively by boat, dogs must remain securely placed in an appropriate carrier during transfer for safety reasons.
Please note that Cala Petra Ruja is not a designated dog-friendly beach. For the comfort of all guests and in respect of operational standards, pets must remain on the guest’s sunbed at all times and are not permitted to move freely within beach areas or shared spaces.
OTHER
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the venue.
Security reserves the right to check all bags before and after entering the beach club.
Management bears no responsibility for the loss of any personal items.
Valet and parking staff are not responsible for items left in cars or damage to cars while in the parking lot.
Outside décor is not permitted in the venue without prior written approval from a Nikki Beach staff member.
No personal speakers or loud phone music will be permitted.
Anyone caught with illegal drugs or substances will be immediately asked to leave the venue.
No weapons are allowed on property or objects that may cause harm to others.
Any inappropriate behavior towards Nikki Beach’s staff or any other guest will not be tolerated.
PHOTOS/VIDEOS
We may capture video footage and photographs for promotional, security, and operational purposes. These recordings and images may be used on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. In order to protect guests’ privacy, staff may prohibit guests’photography and filming, or ask for a photo to be deleted. Refusal to do so may result in removal from the venue.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Beach reservations
To confirm a reservation, prepayment of the bed charge (+6.5% fee) is required in advance, the remaining balance will be settled on the day of the reservation.
Please note that beach bed reservations do not include a lunch reservation in our restaurant area. Our Food & Beverage Menu is available at an additional cost and can be enjoyed on your beach bed during your stay with us.
Restaurant reservations
For restaurant reservations we require credit card details for guarantee purposes only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Beach reservations:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time. In such cases, a credit voucher will be issued for the same venue, for the same value (excluding the transaction fee), valid throughout the 2026 summer season.
No credit vouchers will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation. Under no circumstances will refunds be granted.
Restaurant reservations:
For restaurant reservation cancellations made with less than 24 hours’notice or in case of no-shows, a cancellation fee of €100 per guest will be charged to the credit card on file which is not refundable.
Bar reservations:
For bar reservation cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or in case of no-shows, a cancellation fee of €50 per guest will be charged to the credit card on file which is not refundable.
