ENTRANCE POLICY
We operate a door policy that ensures maximum safety for our guests and staff. Entrance to Nikki Beach is subject to management’s discretion and we reserve the right to refuse entry to guests with or without a reservation.
We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. However, entrance is not guaranteed with or without a reservation.
For security and ID purposes, entry cannot be granted to any person with a covered face. Your face must be visible.
Nikki Beach’s restaurant operates with multiple seatings and there might be a time limit on your table.
Certain special events may have a specific door policy, so please check for more information when making a reservation.
Nikki Beach does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
DRESS CODE & APPEARANCE
Dress code: Beach chic resort wear. During special events alternative dress codes may apply.
We reserve the right to deny entry to guests who are inappropriately dressed. The following are not allowed:
- Paraphernalia and props related to hen or stag parties (bachelorette or bachelor parties) is not permitted. Any uniform or matching outfits (including but not limited to matching swimwear or all in one color and one in a different color) are not permitted.
- Clothing or tattoos that features offensive language, images or slogans
- Hoods
- Sports attire or athletic wear
- Offensive prints
- Glitters, body paint or staining lotions
- Guests not dressed in swimwear will not be allowed in the pool
- Topless sunbathing is not allowed
- When in the dining and bar area, shoes, cover ups and shirts with sleeves for men are mandatory (no dining in swimwear).
AGE POLICY
We welcome families with children in the restaurant area. Minors must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
During special events, a 21+ age policy may apply.
All guests must carry a valid and government issued ID when entering the venue. You may be asked to present the ID by a Nikki Beach employee, management or a member of security staff at any time when inside the venue. Refusal to present an ID may result in refused entry or removal from the venue.
PET POLICY
We welcome small and well-behaved dogs. Pets must be on a leash and remain close to your seat and clear of the walkway for guests and servers.
If a pet looks distressed, Nikki Beach’s staff and management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the venue and remove the pet from the situation.
Pets may not be fed from restaurant dishes.
Service animals are allowed on property, provided the relevant certificate is provided to staff upon entrance.
OTHER
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the venue.
Security reserves the right to check all bags before and after entering the beach club.
Management bears no responsibility for the loss of any personal items.
Valet and parking are not responsible for items left in cars or damage to cars while in the parking lot.
Outside décor is not permitted in the venue without prior written approval from a Nikki Beach staff member.
No personal speakers or loud phone music will be permitted.
Anyone caught with illegal drugs or substances will be immediately asked to leave the venue.
No weapons are allowed on property or objects that may cause harm to others.
Any inappropriate behavior towards Nikki Beach’s staff or any other guest will not be tolerated.
PHOTOS/VIDEOS
We may capture video footage and photographs for promotional, security, and operational purposes. These recordings and images may be used on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. In order to protect guests’ privacy, staff may prohibit guests’ photography and filming, or ask for a photo to be deleted. Refusal to do so may result in removal from the venue.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
RESERVATION POLICY
Full prepayment is required to secure beach reservations. For restaurant reservations, we require credit card details to guarantee the reservation, but no charges will be made at the time of booking.
Subject to availability, we may accommodate rescheduling requests.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Beach reservations:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation time entitle you to a full refund, processed through the original payment method. Refunds may not be immediate but will be handled within the following week’s business hours.
Please be aware that refunds cannot be processed after our facility’s closing date. Refunds are not possible for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation or for no-shows.
Restaurant reservations:
For cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation or in the event of a no-show, a €100 fee per guest will be charged to the credit card on file.
