Each signature creation represents a Nikki Beach destination around the world, capturing the spirit and character of that location through carefully selected ingredients and premium spirits sourced internationally. This approach brings a sense of travel and storytelling to the menu, and a way to experience multiple destinations through a single evening.
The menu showcases a curated selection of premium spirits, rare labels, and high-quality ingredients, alongside refined non-alcoholic creations designed to offer an equally sophisticated experience for all.
The food is thoughtfully curated to complement each cocktail. Dishes are designed to enhance the experience, offering a selection of light and shareable plates that elevate every sip. The menu delivers an elevated tasting journey, ideal for awakening the palate before a late dinner or enjoying a lighter dining experience where mixology remains the focal point.

Run the Coast with Technogym
Move, connect, and unwind.
Each run begins with a dynamic warm-up at the Technogym Pop-Upat the Waterfront Costa Smeralda, followed by a scenic 5km run through the streets of Porto Cervo. The evening concludes at Nikki Beach Cocktail Club, where participants are invited to enjoy a complimentary signature wellness drink inspired by our wellness philosophy.
