Welcome to Maurice à la Plage, Maurice Cafe’s exclusive summer residency at Nikki Beach Saint-Tropez on Pampelonne Beach, where specialty coffee, signature matcha and our most-loved creations are now served with a side of sea breeze. Good news for anyone who likes their coffee with sand between their toes.

From iced lattes to matcha that tastes even better in the sun, we’ve brought the full Maurice spirit from our iconic Paris locations on Rue Rambuteau and Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré to the Côte d’Azur. Yes, that includes the caviar waffles. Yes, they’re still worth talking about.

Need a coffee break between swims? We’ve got you. Looking for the best waffles in Saint-Tropez? You’re getting warmer. Hunting down a premium matcha on Pampelonne Beach? This is it.
