The cocktail list at The Nikki Beach Cocktail Club is a reflection of where we are and how we live: coastal, curated, and full of character. Created by our resident mixologists from Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda, the menu brings together Sardinian ingredients, global techniques, and a shared love of celebration.
Our Signature Selection features original recipes inspired by travels across Europe, Asia, and Oceania, each one made with handcrafted syrups, house infusions, and local notes like prickly pear, myrtle, and wild rosemary. Drinks are served over crystal-clear Hoshizaki ice in vintage glassware selected for each pour.
Additional sections, including Twist on Classics, Timeless Icons, Vitality Bar, and more, echo the laid-back spirit of Cala Petra Ruja, our original Costa Smeralda beach club, reimagined for the marina.
