Details for Your Hotel Stay

Check-In and Check-Out
Our check-in time is at 3PM and check-out is at 12PM on the departure day. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and extra costs.

If you’re planning to arrive early in the morning or depart later in the day, we kindly recommend reserving an additional night to ensure your comfort and make the most of your stay with us.

Airport Transfers
Airport Transfers are included for guests staying in our Penthouse Suites and Ultimate Beachfront Pool Villas for a minimum of 2 nights.

Our reservations team will be happy to assist in organizing your airport transfers.

Please note that our Beach Club is adults only (16+).
Children are welcome at the Beach Club Restaurant, as well as at Escape Restaurant and the hotel’s main pool. However, access to the Beach Club pool area is reserved for adult guests only.

Our Kids Club is open daily, providing a safe and supervised environment where children can enjoy fun activities while parents relax with peace of mind.

 

How to choose the perfect room for your family stay?
The resort offers a wide variety of rooms ideal for families.

Our Two-Bedroom Pool Access Suites are perfect for families with young children, as the suite features a single bathroom and direct access to the pool from the terrace, allowing you to easily keep an eye on your children at all times.

Larger families with three or four children can enjoy a comfortable stay in our spacious Three-Bedroom Pool Access Suites with two bathrooms.

For families with teenage children who value a bit more privacy, we recommend booking our Two-Bedroom Pool View Suite.

Our Ultimate Beachfront Villas with private pools are perfect for families seeking extra space and enhanced comfort. These exclusive villas feature a spacious family living room and an outdoor dining area, ideal for sharing unforgettable moments together by the beach.

Non-Refundable Rate: A valid credit card is required and full prepayment will be charged at the time of booking. The payment is non-refundable, and the reservation cannot be modified.

Flexible Rate: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Full prepayment will be charged 7 days before arrival, after which the reservation becomes non-refundable. After this date, the reservation cannot be modified.

No Shows and Early Departure Policy
In the event of a no show or late arrival, the full stay will be charged.
Guests departing before their initially confirmed check-out date will be charged for the remaining nights of the reservation.
If your plans change, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible.
