Join us for a day of movement and connection as Nikki Beach Koh Samui partners with Roxy Thailand for an exclusive wellness experience by the sea.
From paddle yoga on the water and energizing HIIT sessions to recovery ice baths and interactive brand activations, the day is designed to leave you feeling refreshed from sunrise to sunset.
Your day includes:

10:45AM: An inspiring panel discussion with creators and wellness advocates. Including Helena Falk is a 5-time CrossFit Games athlete and HYROX World silver medalist, Gemma Steenson, part of the Joinbase team and pilates instructor and Taya Rogers, Thai actress, and lifestyle influencer. Grab a seat, get inspired, and connect with the girls before we get moving.

11:30AM: Get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing with a high-energy HIIT workout led by Coach Helena Falk.

12:30PM – 2PM: Cool down and reward yourself with a recovery ice bath, grab a fresh brew at the coffee party, and enjoy a delicious, wellness brunch.

4:30 PM: Find your balance and close out the day with a restorative paddleboard yoga session.
The collaboration continues throughout September with a dedicated Roxy retail pop-up and eight exclusive Sunbeds by Roxy, styled with custom towels, pillows, and thoughtful surprises.
Towels and water will be available throughout the day. We suggest wearing clothes you can move in and bringing swimwear.
