Introduction
These guest policies apply across Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts. Property-specific details (rates, check-in/out times, bed packages, minimum spends, local taxes, age limits, fees, and opening hours) are published in booking confirmations and on each property website. Local law governs where it differs from these standards. By accessing or using the property, facilities, or services of Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts, guests acknowledge and agree to be bound by these policies.
Hotel
Identification & Registration
All guests and registered visitors must present valid government-issued photo identification upon arrival. Registration is required for any individual accessing guest rooms or other restricted hotel areas.
Lost & Found, Valuables & Safes
Management cannot take responsibility for valuables left unattended in public or washroom areas.
Lost and found items are kept by Location Security for up to 60 days.
Valet parking is responsible for guests’ vehicles while on property.
In-room safes are provided and recommended for cash, passports, jewelry, and personal belongings.
Health, Safety & Facility Use
The hotel maintains all required preventative maintenance, health, and life-safety systems. Guests must comply with posted rules for pools, water activities, fitness facilities, and the spa.
Certain activities may require signed waivers and are at the guest’s own risk.
Damages, Cleaning Charges & Room Condition
Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or hotel property. Charges for damage or excessive cleaning (including smoke remediation) will be applied to the guest account.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms; balconies may be used for smoking.
Service Charges, Taxes & Additional Fees
Applicable service charges, local taxes, and optional fees (e.g., city taxes, additional beds, deposits) are stated in booking materials and itemized on bills. Mandatory charges follow local laws; optional services are based on usage.
Accessibility & Special Requests
We accommodate accessibility needs and special requests (e.g., dietary preferences, allergies, mobility assistance, extra bedding) based on availability. We encourage to share details at reservation for a personalized stay.
Photos / Videos
We capture footage and photos for security, operational, and promotional purposes (signage and Privacy Policy apply). Guests may refuse promotional use where possible.
Guest photography/filming may be restricted to protect privacy; non-compliance may result in removal. Personal photos must not infringe on others’ rights.
Reservations, Payments & Cancellations
Reservations via official channels only. Guests must be 18+; minors need a parent/guardian.
Rates, prepayments, and cancellation policies are confirmed at booking. Non-refundable rates offer no refunds/credits.
Service charges apply to food, beverages, rooms, and services; taxes are itemized.
Valid credit card required at check-in (matching ID); authorized for stay plus incidentals. Damages charged to card.
No-shows, late cancellations, or early departures incur full fees (10% service, 7% municipality, 5% VAT).
Check-in, Check-out & Deposits
Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 PM. Early/late options subject to availability and fees. Luggage storage available for extended enjoyment.
Private Events & Noise
Private events may restrict areas or increase noise (advance notice given). Quiet hours from 11:00 PM.
Pet Policy
Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai does not allow pets.
Beach Club
Operation Hours
Open 6 days a week: Tuesday to Sunday, 11 AM – 7 PM.
Entrance Policy
Subject to management discretion; right to refuse entry without explanation. Intoxicated or drug-impaired guests refused.
Dress Code & Appearance
Beach chic & elegant (no sportswear, tight sleeveless shirts). Hijab/traditional dress welcome in restaurant only.
Prohibited Items/Activities
No body paint, hen/stag accessories, props, inflatables.
No topless sunbathing or carotene-tanning oils (stains linens).
No pool access for restaurant diners.
Age Policy
Under 21 cannot consume alcohol or access pool/bars. Families welcome in restaurant/beach (minors supervised). Valid government ID required at all times.
Other
Outside cakes permitted; no outside food/beverages.
Bags checked by security.
No responsibility for lost items.
Prices/themes/promotions subject to change.
Restaurant has time limits on tables during peak season.
Photos / Videos
No drones, professional/handheld cameras.
We capture for promotional/security use; staff may prohibit guest filming. Media/bloggers may photograph events. Non-compliance risks removal.
Pool & Beach Bookings
48+ hours cancellation: full refund. Late/no-show: deposit as 30-day credit.
