Spritz Escape is a weekly Wednesday experience centered around the iconic Aperol Spritz, a dedicated moment to gather, unwind, and enjoy a curated selection of refreshing cocktails. Created in partnership with Campari Group, the concept features a menu of Aperol Spritz variations, alongside shareable large format options, offering both the classic serve and creative twists served from a dedicated spritz trolley by the pool.
Light, vibrant, and easy to enjoy throughout the day, the drinks are complemented by a selection of sushi and sharing-style plates that encourage a relaxed, social style of dining.
Set to organic house and melodic grooves from our resident DJ, Spritz Escape brings together great music, signature cocktails, and a feel-good atmosphere that defines the Nikki Beach experience.
